Description:	Fmp27_WPPW is a conserved domain of a family of proteins involved in RNA polymerase II transcription initiation (PUBMED:15314641). It contains characteristic HQR and WPPW sequence motifs and is towards the C-terminal in members which contain Fmp27_SW.
Interpro abstract (IPR019449):	This entry represents a domain within FMP27 that contains characteristic HQR and WPPW sequence motifs. The function of the FMP27 protein is not known. FMP27 is the product of a nuclear encoded gene but it is detected in highly purified mitochondria in high-throughput studies [ (PUBMED:16823961) ].
